08.07.2011 Panjokhra 306/120B IPC Challenging the judgment of acquittal dated 04.09.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, in the FIR captioned above, applicant has come up before this court by filing the application for leave to appeal.

However, it is clarified that if legal heirs of the applicant want to challenge the acquittal of private respondents, filing of the present application shall not come in their way.
