Mr. P.S.Paul, DAG, Punjab. ***** RAM CHAND GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed for regular bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no. 7 dated 22.01.2012, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at police station City Jagraon, Ludhiana. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record. Brief allegations against petitioner-accused are that, he was found in possession of 55 bottles of Rexcof Syrup 100 ML each. As per report of FSL, the same contained Codeine Phosphate 10.06 mg per 5 ml CRM No.M-12112 of 2012 2 dosage and hence, the recovery is commercial. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn. December 12, 2012. ‘om’ ( RAM CHAND GUPTA ) JUDGE
