CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARBANS LAL Present:- Ms. Sarla Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Amit Kaushik, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. **** HARBANS LAL, J. Concededly, the Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak has granted four weeks' house repair parole to the petitioner to the satisfaction of District Magistrate, Jhajjar on being furnished bonds and two sureties in the sum of Rs.1 lac each. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these bonds/ sureties could not be furnished within six months by the petitioner due to certain unavoidable circumstances and consequently, the period for furnishing bonds/ sureties may be extended. Taking into consideration the circumstances averred in this petition, the period for furnishing the bonds/ sureties is extended for another two months from today. Disposed of accordingly.
