Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) Date FIR No. Section(s) Police Station District Deepak alias Deepu 110 15.10.2025 S. 21-B, 29, 61, 85 of Majitha Road Amritsar NDPS Act, 1985 and S. 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, 1959

As per case of the prosecution, there is recovery of 150 grams of heroin along with .32 bore pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the present petitioner.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition, at this stage.
