Mr.IPS Sidhu, Sr. DAG Punjab. **** S.S.SARON, J.(ORAL) On 26.3.2007 copy of the petition was given to the State counsel so as to enable him to seek instructions. Reply has been filed in the form of affidavit of Gurmit Singh,D.S.P., Jalalabad, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. The same is taken on record. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to register FIR as per complaint (Annexure P-3) against respondents No.5 to 11 and further direct respondents No.1 to 4 to initiate criminal proceedings against respondents No.5 to 11. The complainant/petitioner Parvesh Bala in her complaint (Annexure P-3) has alleged that her sister Sonu Rani died on 10.1.2007 at Abohar. According to them it was not a natural death and was a pre planned one. Request has been made to inquire into the matter and for Crl.M. No.18784-M of 2007 -2- doing the needful. In terms of the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 it is stated that preliminary inquiry has been conducted by the ASI Fauja Singh and SI Jarnail Singh with regard to the death of Sonu Rani @ Sakshi. It was found that the death had occurred due to jaundice and due to damage to the liver and kidney. The copies of the relevant reports has been annexed as Annexures R1 and R2. A copy of the Lama Summary of treatment of Sonu Rani at DMC Ludhiana has been placed on record as Annexure R3. It is submitted that the matter is still under inquiry pending with the DSP Abohar and final report is yet to be made. The final action would be taken after final report. Keeping in view the fact that the final report is yet to be made by the DSP Abohar, the present petition is pre-mature and is accordingly disposed of being pre-mature.
