A bare perusal of the same will reveal that same same will not give any benefit to the re in to the appellant so as to interfere in the affairs of the of the society of which he is not a mem ition t a member. It is a conceded position that only a mem member can raise grievance with re a the ith regard to any grievance qua the management of t nt of the society and concededly, the a er of y, the appellant is not the member of respondent No- -3-Society which could give him t ance him the right to raise any grievance qua working of ng of the society.
