CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH BINDAL Present:- Mr. Virender Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Ashok Jindal, Addl. AG, Haryana. **** RAJESH BINDAL J. The petitioner in the present case is accused in a calendra presented by Police under Section 182 IPC. The petitioner is in custody since 13.4.2006. Initially, he was released on bail on 2.5.2007, but on his failure to appear on 11.7.2007, his bail bonds were cancelled and he was declared proclaimed offender on 3.4.2008. The petitioner on his own surrendered before the police. Presently he is in custody for more than a month. The trial is going to take some time. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Safidon. The petition is disposed of.
