CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL Present: Mr. K.S. Dadwal, Advocate, for the petitioner. Petitioner Mahant Phagan Singh has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint (Annexure P-5) and subsequent summoning order dated 3.11.2006 (Annexure P-6) passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, under Sections 452/380/487 read with Section 120-B IPC. After arguing for some time, when the court was not inclined to quash the aforesaid complaint and the summoning order, counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of trial. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, in case, the petitioner files an application for exemption from personal appearance, the same shall be considered and decided by the trial court in accordance with law.
