Judgment
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE T.P.S. MANN Present : Mr. Ajay Mehra, Advocate. T.P.S. MANN, J. (Oral) The plaintiff has filed the present revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for challenging the order passed by the trial Court on 20.9.2012 whereby application filed by him for amendment of the plaint was dismissed. While applying for amendment of the plaint, the plaintiff intended to add one para to the effect that he was also in possession of one room at the back Verandah of House No. 652, Phase 4, Mohali. However, fact remains that the suit was filed on 5.8.2008 and within a period of two months, thereafter, the plaint was sought to be amended. It cannot be said that while filing the suit, the plaintiff was not aware of his being in possession of one room at the back Verandah. Under these circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present revision. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. December 21, 2012 satish ( T.P.S. MANN ) JUDGE
