06.08.2012 whereby application filed by the respondents(landlords)under order 1 Rule 10 CPC read with Section 151 CPC for impleading Yadwinder Singh and Inderjit Singh as petitioners has been allowed and application filed by the present petition for dismissal of the rent petition has been wrongly and illegally dismissed. After arguing for sometime learned Counsel for the petitioner(tenant no.2) prays for withdrawal of the present petition with permission to file fresh one with better particulars.
