CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE S.D. ANAND. Present: Mr. Rajesh Bhatheja, Advocate, for the petitioner. S.D. Anand, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be content and interests of justice would be served if an order for time bound disposal of the matter is granted by this Court. The petition is disposed of in limine with a direction to the learned Rent Controller to dispose of the main petition itself within a period of six months from the next date of hearing. In view of the averred fact that the matter is otherwise listed before the learned Rent Controller today and it might have been adjourned to a long date, it is ordered that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Rent Controller on 10.02.2010. The learned Rent Controller shall prepone the date of hearing in the next week by notifying the fact aforementioned to the learned counsel for the opposite party within a week time and thereafter, adjourn the matter in such a way that the petition is disposed of within six months from the next date of hearing.
