M.JEYAPAUL, J (ORAL) *** Heard the submissions made by either side. This Court vide order directed the Addl: District Judge, Patiala to dispose of the objections filed by the respondent herein, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act as expeditiously as possible, way back on February 17, 2011. It appears that the said objections were not disposed of by the Addl: District Judge, Patiala till today. Therefore, a direction is issued to the Addl: District Judge, Patiala to dispose of the objections filed by the respondent under Section 34 of the Act, within six months from the date of this order.
