Jindal, J The petitioner has invoked the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 18.7.2012 (Annexure P/5) passed by the trial court. Neither the plaintiff-petitioner paid the costs of Rs.5000/- imposed by this Court, nor chose to examine any of the witnesses despite the fact that two effective opportunities were provided to her in compliance with the earlier order dated 16.4.2012 passed by this Court in Civil Revision No. 7954 of 2010.
