JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Plaintiff-petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution assailing the order dated 29.11.2004 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Rewari as also appellate order dated
20.8.2007 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Rewari whereby his prayer for interim injunction on the application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC, in a suit for declaration and permanent injunction instituted by him, was declined and affirmed in appeal. At the time of arguments, learned counsel points out that the present revision petition has become infructuous since the main suit itself has been decided by the learned trial Court.
