Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice Jaswant Singh Present: Mr.Ashok Jindal, Advocate for the petitioners. Jaswant Singh.J.(Oral) JDs/petitioners by filing the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution have assailed the order dated 27.4.2011 (P3) whereby the learned Executing Court had directed execution of the sale deed through the process of the Court, in view of the decree for specific performance of the agreement to sell. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly states that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
