(ORAL) CM No.20805-C of 2009 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Photographs of the property is taken on record. CR No.3190 of 2009 This revision petition has been filed against the order of the Courts below declining permanent injunction of the petitioner with respect to his possession over the land in dispute. With the assistance of learned counsel I have gone through the findings of the Courts below as also the photographs which has been placed on record by way of the above mentioned application but has not been able to convenience me that these findings are corroded by such material irregularity so as to justify interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. CR No.3190 of 2009 -2- Consequently this petition is dismissed. September 03, 2009 (AJAY TEWARI) JUDGE
