CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.N. JINDAL ****** Present:- Mr. Gurmeet Singh, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. K.S. Dhillon, Advocate, for the respondent. A.N. JINDAL, J (ORAL) This petition assails an order dated 09.02.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hoshiarpur, awarding interim maintenance to petitioner No.1 to the tune of Rs.2000/- per month and to petitioner No.2 to the tune of Rs.1000/- per month under Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956. Claim for enhancement of maintenance has been raised. On scrutiny of the impugned order, it transpires that the Court had granted interim maintenance by guesswork, as no definite income of the respondent could be proved. In these circumstances, this petition is dismissed with Civil Revision No. 1924 of 2012 2 liberty to the petitioners to move an application afresh for higher interim maintenance, as and when the evidence with regard to higher income of the respondent is traced.
