Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.N. Jindal Present: Mr. Kashmir Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. None for the respondents. A.N. Jindal, J The Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Hisar, had dismissed the application filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act for making the award dated 25.9.1995 as rule of the court. However, on appeal, the first appellate court vide judgment dated 31.7.1999, dismissed the appeal and the parties were given liberty to approach the arbitrator i.e. present SE, SOI (WKS), CE, Chandigarh in this regard who was to hear afresh after giving opportunity to the objector. Having examined the impugned judgments, the same does not suffer from any such illegality much less irregularity or perversity warranting interference by this Court. No merits. Dismissed.
