4.10.1994 passed in favour of the respondents, is being executed. The petitioners have preferred objection petition claiming that their predecessor, namely Sohan Lal along with his brother had purchased the property through a sale-deed dated 13.8.1958. Therefore, they are the bonafide purchasers for value, without notice. The decree was passed way back in 1998 on the basis of the agreement dated 4.10.1994. Such objections were never raised by Sohan Lal or after his death by the petitioners. Now, when the case has reached at the stage of delivery of possession, these superfluous objections have been filed. No such sale-deed, as alleged, has been placed on record.
