The petitioner is seeking the conces The concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of 8 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. No.0057 dated 15.09.2019 under Sections 302, 280 2, 280, 148, 149, 120-B IPC, 1860 9 of 1860 and Section 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, 1959 1959, registered at Police Station Sara Tarn Sarai Amanat Khan, District Tarn Taran.
