Hooda, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana for respondent No. 1. Mr. Rameshwar Malik, Advocate for respondent No. 2. T.P.S. MANN, J. (Oral) Reply filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 today in the Court is taken on record and a copy thereof supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for respondent No. 2, after obtaining instructions from S.C. Sobti, Personnel Officer, submits that all the payments due to the petitioners have since been made to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that respondent No. 2 be directed to supply the details about the payments made to the C . O . C . P . N o . 1 7 0 8 o f 2 0 0 8 - 2 - petitioners and in case any of the petitioner finds it that he has not been paid as per the judgment dated 9.11.1995, he be given liberty to submit representation to respondent No. 2. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of. Rule is discharged. However, respondent No. 2 is directed to supply the information to the petitioners regarding the details of the payments made to them. In case any of the petitioners is still aggrieved, he will be at liberty to move a representation to respondent No. 2, which representation be decided, thereafter, within four months from the date of its receipt.
