The present 528 BNSS application has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 13.05.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi, Gyanpur as well as entire proceeding of complaint case No. 21611 of 2024 (State Vs. Sita Devi) under section 92 of the Factories Act, 1948, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi, Gyanpur.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that against the applicant, three complaints have been filed by opposite party No.2. Cognizance and summoning by learned Magistrate in another complaint has been challenged by the applicant before this Hon'ble Court by way of filing Application U/s 528 BNSS No.5847 of 2026 and 9161 of 2026 and this Court vide orders dated 18.02.2026 and 09.03.2026 stayed the further proceedings against the applicant.

Notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1 has been accepted by learned A.G.A.

Issue notice to opposite party no.2 returnable at an early date.

Opposite parties may file their counter affidavits within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter. 2 NA528 No. 9227 of 2026

Connect with Application U/s 528 BNSS No.5847 of 2026 (Sita Devi Vs. State of U.P. and another) and list this matter after expiry of aforesaid period.
