Wankhede, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.4.6.Petitioner is permitted to serve the remaining respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date.7.In the meantime, parties are directed to maintain status-quo, till further orders.
