Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that similar controversy in respect to the same impugned order passed under Section 48 (3) of U.P. C.H. Act has been raised in Writ B No.4625 of 2025 in which interim protection has been granted.

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall file counter affidavit within six weeks.
