HON'BLE SAURABH SRIVASTAVA, J. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants submitted that there is no specific orders passed by learned concerned court under Section 190 Cr.P.C. and the same has not been provided by the copying section even after applying the same. Learned District Judge, Aligarh, is hereby directed to verify from the records regarding the facts mentioned by learned counsel for the applicants, if there is any order passed by concerned Magistrate under Section 190 Cr.P.C. over the charge sheet submitted wherein applicants have been implicated as one of the co-accused and the same be sent along with report. Registrar (Compliance) is directed to ensure service of this order upon learned District Judge, Aligarh within next three working days. Put up as fresh on 30.3.2026. Till the next date of listing, entire proceeding of Case no. 635 of 1999 arising out of Case Crime no. 114 of 1999 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 336 and 504 IPC, PS- Sasni Gate, District Aligarh, shall remain stayed only in respect of applicants herein.
