Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State.
This is an application filed U/s 528 BNSS for a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (C.D.), Ghazipur, to decide the case no. 41010 of 2024 under section 138 N.I. Act, Banty Varma Vs Aalamgir, within a stipulated time.
Learned AGA on the other hand submits that he has no objection to the same.
Operative part
Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of requiring the court of Additional Civil Judge (C.D.), Ghazipur to expedite the proceedings and to decide in terms of sub-section (3) of Section 143 of N.I.
