Judgment
#1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
#2. This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar for early decision of Criminal Case No. 14856 of 2023 (State Vs. Vimla Devi) arising out of Case Crime No. 308 of 2022 under Section 323, 504, 452 I.PC. Police Station- Baskhari, District Ambedkar Nagar, pending since 27.10.2023, within stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
