#1. Sri Ashok Kumar Maurya, Advocate has filed power on behalf of the respondents nos.2 and 3, which is taken on record.

#2. Heard Sri Ramakar Shukla, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Sumit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.4, Sri Ashok Kumar Maurya, learned counsel appearing for the respondents nos.2 & 3 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

#3. This appeal has been filed with the following prayer:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the appeal and set aside the impugned judgment and order dated

25.06.2025 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Lalganj, Pratapgarh in Sessions Trial No.489/2022 "State Vs. Smt. Rekha and others" vide Case Crime No.223/2020 Under Section 302/34, 201 IPC, Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh and convict the opposite party no.2 to 4 in the ends of justice."

#4. Sri Sumit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that he has already filed power in the Registry on behalf of the respondent no.4 who is present in person.

#5. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh has forwarded the copies of the sureties and bond furnished by the respondents nos.2 to 4 alongwith the letter dated 12.09.2025. 2 C372 No. 104 of 2025

#6. Office shall prepare the paper book and provide the same to learned counsel for the parties as per rule.

#7. List after preparation of the paper book.
