No. 54/2022, Case Crime No. 18/2022, under section 376D, 504, 506 IPC Act, P.S. Malipur, Ambedkar Nagar, acquitting the accused/respondents no. 2 under section 376D, 509, 506 IPC Admit. Summon the Trial Court Record. Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no.1. Issue bailable warrants of Rs. 15,000/- against the respondent no.1- Sarvesh to be served through the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. If he is arrested or surrender before the court concerned, he shall be enlarged on bail on his furnishing two sureties and personal bonds of the like amount each, on the undertaking that he shall appear before this Court through his counsel or in person on the next date of listing and the court below shall transmit his bail bonds to this Court.
