It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent no. 7 has illegally encroached the public utility land, against which representation has been made by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Sonbhadra on
13.01.2023, which is pending consideration.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Sonbhadra within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation has been filed within the stipulated period, the authorities concerned will pass 2 WPIL No. 2607 of 2025 appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if there is no legal impediment.
