The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue an order, or direction in the exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction, directing the District Judge (Presiding Office), Motor Accident and Claims Tribunal, North, Lucknow i.e. the Respondent no. 1 to adjudicate and decide the Claim Petition filed under section 166 and 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 pending before it in Claim Petition No. 705/2020 (Titled as: Shri Sandeep Kumar Shukla. v. Smt. Vibha Rani & Ors.) in a time bound manner, as expeditiously as possible; "
