Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the decision on the application dated 10.01.2025 filed under Section 33(i) and 33-A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
The application on record as Annexure No.1 indicates that one Harish Chandra and 12 others had filed an application. In the entire records nothing could be demonstrated as to what was the locus of the petitioner in approaching this Court. No document showing the petitioner being eligible to espouse the cause of the contractor workers has been demonstrated.
In view thereof, the petitioner has no locus to present the petition, which is accordingly, dismissed.
