The reply has also been submitted but the proceedings have not been finalized till date and only dates are being fixed. In view of above, Sri S.P. Tiwari, learned AGA is directed to seek instructions as to why the proceedings are pending and only general dates are being fixed and also as to how much time will the concerned authority will take to decide the case.
