Heard Shri Ambrish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners. This petition has been filed seeking a direction for disposal of the application filed under Section 127 CrPC before the 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri. Perusal of the order indicates that the petitioner is not pressing her application before the concerned court and on certain dates, none has appeared. Even otherwise, the PW-1 has also not been produced since a long time for cross examination. Therefore, such a litigant is not entitled for any relief at this stage. Even otherwise as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court, this Court cannot fix time for disposal of the case. It is for the concerned court to look into the requirement of expediting.
