"On an objection raised by learned AGA as well as Sri Atul Kumar Singh Gaur, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 that the petitioners have statutory remedy under Section 482 Cr.P.C., therefore, this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable, Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks some time to argue on the maintainability. As prayed, list on 26.03.2025 as fresh. " Sri Ram Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to press this petition and liberty may be granted to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as may be available under law. To which there is no objection by learned AGA and Sri Atul Kumar Singh Gaur, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. Dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners, office is directed to return the certified copy/copies annexed with this petition to learned counsel for the petitioners after keeping the photocopy/photocopies of the same on record in accordance with law.
