Office has raised objection that the appeal is not maintainable under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 clearly stipulates that orders passed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not be appealable by way of special appeal.
