The present petition is filed seeking direction tothe respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Nagpurto take decision/grant approval for generating ShalarthID and for inclusion of name of petitioner No.3 in Shalarth list.
From perusal of record, it appears that the respondentNo.3-Education Officer (Secondary) granted approval on26/02/2024 and also forwarded the proposal to therespondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education for approval of Shalarth ID. However, it is contention of the petitioners thatno decision is taken. In view thereof, petition can be disposedKHUNTE 912-wp1845.26.odt 2/2 of by directing the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education to take decision in the matter of petitioner No.3 onthe proposal forwarded by the Headmaster.
