Till then, the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated 02.12.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0405 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 109(1), 61(2), 303(2), 317(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Govind Nagar, District South (Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar).
