Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of the F.I.R. dated 26.11.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0284 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 135, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 310(2) of B.N.S, 2023 and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, 1989 Police Station Mirzapur, District- Saharanpur.
Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the plots which the first informant had alleged in the khatauni were entered in the name of Simru, son of Chetu. Further, it has been submitted that from those plots 50 eucalyptus trees have been cut away by the accused persons.
Learned AGA to take instructions in the matter specially with regard to the ownership of the plots.
List this case on 18.12.2025.
