Petitioner- Arpit Mishra has approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 2 and 3 to de-freeze the Bank Account of Petitioner bearing No. 8237604901, State Bank of India, Branch Office at Latouch Road, Kanpur. .
On the matter being taken up, the learned learned A.G.A. submits that he has received instructions to the effect Investigating Officer has already communicated to the legal branch of State Bank of India, i..e respondent-5. that the account of the petitioner is not 2 CRLP No. 27826 of 2025 involved in the alleged Ciber Crime.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the account of petitioner has not yet been de-freezed.
In view of above, we direct the learned counsel for petitioner to serve notice of present writ petition upon the learned counsel representing respondent-5, State Bank of India in this Court (Brach Office at Latouch Road, Kanpur) alongwith a copy of this order.
Matter shall come up again for orders as fresh on
