By consent of learned counsel for the applicant and the non-applicant, Mr. A.S. Shivankar (Retired District Judge) has proposed toappoint an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.
In view of the joint request, I deem it appropriate to appointMr. A.S. Shivankar (Retired District Judge) as Proposed Arbitrator.
As such, Registrar (J) is directed to seek his consent as well asa disclosure statement in writing as per Section 11(8) in terms of Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and Schedules Vand VII.
