Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the recovery citation dated January 29, 2025 issued by the respondent authority.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondent submits that the recovery citation impugned in the present writ petition has been withdrawn by the Tehsildar, Kol, Aligarh vide order dated March 5, 2025.

In light of the submission made above, no cause of action remains.
