1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.

The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding, including the charge sheet dated 03-11-2024 and summoning order dated 10-04-2025; arising out of Case Crime No.-62 of 2023 (23-01-2023), U/s-498-A,323, 506 IPC and U/s-3/4, Dowry Prohibition Act, PS-Kotwali City. Hardoi, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Hardoi,

3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that that the applicant no. 1 is mother-in-law and the applicant no. 2 is devar. There is no specific allegation against the applicants for offence alleged to be committed by them. It is submitted that the matter pertains to the matrimonial dispute and initially the final report was sent by the Investigating Officer to the Circle Officer and that was returned back by the Circle Officer itself and thereafter under duress the applicants have been implicated in the present case.
