Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
Mr. Talhar, learned counsel points out that the orderdated 15.05.2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, under the Maharashtra Money Lenders(Regulation) Act in Appeal No.37/2022, whereby application filedby petitioners came to be rejected and thereby confirming theorder dated 24.11.2022 passed by District Deputy Registrar (MoneyLenders), Jalgaon.
Mr. Korade, learned AGP raises preliminary objection tothe maintainability of the petition by pointing out that, against the912 CA 2838.2025.odt4 of 6 order passed by Divisional Joint Registrar, the Petitioner has analternate and efficacious remedy by filing a revision under Section9 of the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 beforethe Registrar of Money Lending, Maharashtra State, Pune.
Operative part
In view of that, petitions are disposed of as notmaintainable.
The Petitioner is at liberty to file the revision before the Registrar of Money Lending, Maharashtra State, Pune within aperiod of six weeks from today.
The delay incurred on account of prosecuting thepresent petition shall be duly considered by the authority whileconsidering an application for condonation of delay.
The interim relief granted by this Court shall remain inoperation until the revisional authority decides the matter on itsown merits.
All the points are kept open.

Let the Registrar of Money Lending, Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the proceedings within a period of six months fromtoday.
