None present for the Applicant. Heard Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State. By the present application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C. R. 243 of 2024 registered with Baramati Police Station, Dist. Pune for the offences punishable under Section 457, 380 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State, tenders the order dated 13.08.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class-I Baramati in Regular Criminal Case No.364 of 2024. Photostat copy of the same is taken on record and marked as “X” for identification. 1
She submits that the Applicant herein is acquitted by the said order dated 13.08.2024 and therefore, the present application is rendered infructuous.
