Heard Ms. Zende, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganpathy, learned APP for State.

Learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that the directions given in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 17th February, 2025 are yet to be complied with. Considering the facts in the present case which the Applicant would be right because there is no fix address of the Complainant where she could be traced considering the nature of the work of the Complainant.

Learned APP shall place on record a copy of the chargesheet before the next adjourned date.
