In order to buttress his submission, he hasrelied upon the decisions in the cases of Aniket S/o. ShahadevLabade Vs. State of Maharashtra & Anr. [2023 (6) Mh.L.J.(Cri.) (F.B.) 516 and Renoj R.S. Vs. State of Kerala [2022 SCCOnLine Ker 5435.
