Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Agra, to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Case No.18440 of 2023, titled State Vs. Vijjo @ Brijesh Singh, arising out of case crime no.186 of 2022, under Sections 354(Kha), 452, 506, 323, 384 IPC and 67, 66E, 67A I.T. Act, Police Station Kheragarh, District Agra, in a stipulated period. Concededly, after filing of the charge- sheet in May, 2023, the application by accused seeking discharge has been dismissed recently in July, 2023, therefore, no exceptional ground is made out for issuing the directions for expeditious disposal of the trial.
