All the petitions are against M/s Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited, Lucknow. All these writ petitions were being proceeded as the petitioners, who had an order in their favour by U.P. Real Estate Regularity Authority were not getting the benefit of the said order including monetary benefit in spite of issuance of Recovery Certificate by RERA, which was not being executed. However, today, we have been informed that an order has been passed on 25.02.2025 declaring a moratorium under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. In view of the aforesaid moratorium we can not proceed in the matter any further. They can join the proceedings under the IB Code, 2016. The petitioners are free to avail the remedies as prescribed in law in view of this development. All the writ petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. . (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
