Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and Sri Manav Rathore, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4. Under challenge is the arbitration award dated 25.04.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition. A preliminary objection has been taken by Sri Rathore that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing of an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 1996"). Considering that the petitioner has a statutory remedy as available to him against the award dated 03.10.2024, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file an application under Section 34 of the Act, 1996 before the appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings.
